The ascended masters are loving spiritual teachers. They teach us how to live our lives with love, wisdom, and strength. There are seven main paths that lead us back to God. Each one of these paths is called a “ray.” Every ray has something special to teach us, like healing, learning, or helping others. Each path has a master teacher, called an ascended master. These master teachers have learned and mastered their lessons and are now available to help us learn and master ours.

The ascended masters are kind, loving, and wise teachers, and each one shares a special gift to help us grow and become our highest selves.

• El Morya – Blue Ray: Teaches us to be brave, strong, and full of faith. He helps us trust ourselves and do what is right.
• Lord Lanto – Yellow Ray: Teaches us to learn and connect with our Higher Mind. He helps us choose the path of light and inspire the youth.
• Paul the Venetian – Pink Ray: Teaches love and beauty. He helps artists and anyone who wants to bring more love into the world.
• Serapis Bey – White Ray: Teaches us to do our best and stay disciplined. He helps us grow step by step into our highest selves.
• Hilarion – Green Ray: Teaches truth and healing. He helps us understand both science and spirit, and how to live in honesty.
• Lady Master Nada – Purple Gold Ray: Teaches kindness, service, and peace. She helps us care for others and build loving relationships.
• Saint Germain – Violet Ray: Teaches freedom and transformation. He helps us change our lives in positive and powerful ways.

How to Work with the Ascended Masters

The ascended masters are always ready and available to help us when we ask for their intercession. We can connect with them in simple and loving ways every day.

• Prayer: You can talk to them in your prayers, just like speaking to a trusted friend. You can ask them for help, guidance, or strength. They can hear you, and they will respond with loving kindness.
• Meditation: You can connect with them when you are quiet, still, breathing gently, and listening with your heart. You may feel their peace and presence in the sacred temple of your heart.
• Mantras: You can use affirmations, positive words, or chanting to call upon them. They will bring their energy into your life.

The path of the ascended masters teaches you to take responsibility for all of your life experiences. It helps you to see that you can make positive choices, no matter what is happening around you. You do not have to let outside circumstances control how you feel. You have the power inside of you to choose peace, love, and happiness. You can choose to let go of pain and grow stronger every day. Step by step, you can become the creator of a joyful and beautiful life. The ascended masters can offer help along the way, but they can’t do it for us.
