Cancellation by the participant
- Before a program starts: the Returns and Refund Policy applies (10 days, no access or participation).
- Monthly programs: you may cancel renewal at any time by emailing info@enlightened-education.com, at least 5 days before the next installment. Cancelling stops future charges; the current month is not refunded and you keep access until it ends.
- 1:1 mentoring sessions: you may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. A missed session without notice is considered delivered.
- Retreats and in-person events: after the 10-day refund window, credit toward a future activity if you cancel at least 30 days in advance; no credit or refund within 30 days.
Cancellation by Enlightened Education
If we must cancel or reschedule an activity due to force majeure (natural disasters, health emergencies, social unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control), we will offer rescheduling or credit toward future activities. If we cancel for any other reason, we will refund 100% of what you paid for that activity. We do not cover external expenses (travel, lodging, transfers).
