Enlightened Education is a brand of Fundación Huellas de Luz (RNC 430332275), a non-profit organization registered in the Dominican Republic. Our programs are educational and spiritual services delivered online or in person; we do not sell physical goods, so there are no merchandise returns.
Right to a refund
You may request a full refund within 10 days of purchase, provided that:
- you have not accessed the program’s digital content (materials, eBooks), and
- you have not attended any session or event of the program.
Non-refundable cases
Once digital content has been accessed, an eBook downloaded, or a session attended, the payment is non-refundable. Monthly installments for programs already underway are not refunded.
How to request it
Email info@enlightened-education.com with your name, the email used for the purchase, the program, and the payment date.
Timing and method
Approved refunds are processed within 30 days using the same payment method (same card or PayPal account). When the funds appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
Donations
Voluntary donations are non-refundable.
