FINDING THE PATH
The path of the ascended masters teaches us to take responsibility for our life experiences. This helps us to see that we can make positive choices, no matter what is happening around us. We do not have to let outside circumstances control the way that we feel. We have the power inside of us to choose peace, love, happiness, and joy. We can also choose to let go of pain, suffering, and looping and grow stronger every day. Step by step, we become the creator of a joyful life.
TAKING REFUGE IN THE INNER TEMPLE
When we connect with the wisdom of the heart, we can access our inner temple, commune with our Higher Self, and get ready to walk The Path of the Ascended Masters. When we remember the fundamental truth of who we really are and follow the way of the heart, we find our purpose, mission, and authentic expression.
CULTIVATING VIRTUES
When we cultivate deep compassion and foster loving kindness towards ourselves, it helps with dissolving the inner causes of pain and suffering. We can learn to take heavy and dense energies (fear, doubts, and pain) and transmute them using prayers, mantras, and meditation practices to convert them into life-affirming energies.
As you start an introspective journey, identify what motivates you and why it’s important to you. Take time to discover what you truly want to experience, and take full responsibility for your life choices. Create the inner alignment by participating in community events (online programs, weekly practice sessions, and monthly retreats) so that you develop a strong desire to transform your current reality.
MAKING PROGRESS ON THE PATH
When we walk the path with the Ascended Masters, we are carrying the torch for ourselves, our family, our community, and for humanity. We will encounter constant and sudden changes to help us embrace the higher path. We must be willing to let go of fear-based patterns (guilt, shame, blame, judgment, scarcity, poverty) and welcome a whole new reality filled with abundance, gratitude, and joy.
We need to be willing to get out of survival mode, break free from our egoic habits, and stop numbing the pain through addictive behaviors. When we answer the soul’s highest calling and begin walking the true spiritual path, that’s when we experience great expansion of our consciousness, tremendous spiritual growth, and the opportunity to embrace our soul’s sacred destiny.
