How to Break Repeating Patterns and Create Your Reality Spiritually Have you realized that we are all responsible for the realities that we create? We may experience moments of weakness or times of frustration and blame others for our circumstances, but the truth is that we are sovereign beings who possess supreme and ultimate power over our reality, so we need to take full responsibility for ourselves without exception. The good news is that we are not alone and divine guidance is always available to us! However, we must be willing to surrender and take action upon the guidance provided. Over the last year we have discovered that obedience requires a great deal of courage, inner strength and resilience. If we are struggling with something and don’t know what to do, we are not ashamed to ask for help anymore. We are willing to surrender this situation over to a higher divine power. We stop wasting valuable time, energy and resources on something that’s just not working. Instead, we start investing our time in prayer, meditation and journaling, since these activities raise our frequency, and provide divine solutions. Having faith in the process and surrendering everything to the divine are most important! We also engage in a wide variety of spiritual practices to cultivate cosmic energy (lighting candles, playing spiritual music, chanting mantras, offering decrees, doing novenas, attending etheric retreats, participating in community sponsored events, attending in-person retreats, walking outside in nature, receiving spiritual training, etc.) Once we receive the divine guidance, we must use it responsibly, and take prompt action, since delayed obedience is considered “disobedience.” Receiving a grant of energy is a great blessing, and we are responsible for cultivating and directing those energies for the highest good of all concerned, so that we all align with cosmic opportunities.
