It’s never too late to choose again…
Life offers us many opportunities to begin again. No matter what has happened in the past, what worries we may have about the future, or what challenges keep showing up in our lives, we can always choose a new path. By letting go of regret, fear, and frustration, we make room for peace, healing, and new possibilities. When we open our hearts to divine light and guidance, we can move forward with greater love, joy, and freedom.
PAST: Let go of any feelings of regret that you have from the past – these may be things that you’ve done, didn’t do, or could have done differently. Treat yourself with loving kindness and forgiveness by releasing yourself from these regretful feelings and detaching from any related emotions such as guilt, shame, or grief. Practice: Bring to your mind something (feeling, emotion, or circumstance) from the past that you would like to release. Allow the divine light to shine down upon you and visualize the divine assisting you with releasing you from this situation – the light is powerful and it can dissolve anything! So, “Let go, and let God!”
FUTURE: Let go of any feelings of anxiety that you have about the future – these could be things that may happen, not happened, or ever exist. Treat yourself with compassion and gentle understanding by releasing yourself from these anxious feelings and detaching from any related emotions such as fear, worry, or panic. Practice: Bring to your mind something (feeling, emotion, or circumstance) about the future that you would like to release. Allow the divine light to flow through you and visualize the divine assisting you with removing any obstacles from your path – the light is intelligent and can transform any circumstance. So, open yourself up to receive divine inspiration, guidance, and infinite possibilities!
RECURRING: Let go of any feeling of frustration that you have about recurring patterns – these may be incomplete tasks, unfinished business, unresolved issues, or looping themes. Treat yourself with warmth and patience by releasing yourself from these tense feelings and detaching from any related emotions such as distress, despair, or anger. Practice: Bring to your mind a recurring pattern that you would like to release. Allow the divine light to elevate your consciousness and visualize the divine assisting you with bringing forth new solutions – the light is miraculous and can transcend any negative patterns. So, open yourself up to vitality, creativity, and breakthroughs!
No matter where you are on your journey, each moment offers you a new chance to begin again. When we let go of the past, stop fearing the future, and release old patterns, we create space for peace, healing, and joy to enter our lives. The present moment is where true change begins. By slowing down, listening to our hearts, and allowing divine light to guide us, we can make choices that bring more love, freedom, and happiness into our lives.
